I didn't set out to create the Wayfinder Framework™.
I created it because I needed it.
Like so many ambitious professionals, I spent years doing everything I was supposed to do.
I worked hard.
Checked the boxes.
Chased opportunities.
Earned promotions.
On paper, my career was moving in the right direction.
But inside, something felt off.
By the age of 33, I'd held more than 40 jobs.
Not because I couldn't succeed.
Because I was searching for something I couldn't name.
I thought I needed a different company.
A different role.
A different opportunity.
What I actually needed was a different compass.
The turning point wasn't finding the perfect career.
It was realizing I'd spent years following directions that were never truly mine.
Like so many people, I'd become incredibly good at living by expectations—meeting goals, earning recognition, and checking every box—while slowly losing connection with my own inner direction.
Everything changed when I stopped searching for the next opportunity to rescue me and started learning to navigate from within.
I stopped waiting for motivation.
I stopped waiting for permission.
I stopped believing fulfillment lived somewhere else.
Instead, I learned how to find purpose in the season I was already living.
That shift transformed everything.
Within a few years, I stepped into executive leadership, leading teams and organizational strategies for major companies. More importantly, I discovered work that felt deeply aligned with who I was.
That experience became the foundation of the Wayfinder Framework™.
Today, I help organizations develop self-directed leaders and empower individuals to awaken their Inner Wayfinder—the part of them that knows how to navigate uncertainty, make aligned decisions, and create meaningful impact wherever they are.
I've had the privilege of partnering with Fortune 500 companies and national organizations including Deloitte, ADP, Regions Bank, Express Scripts, and many others.
But the work that matters most to me isn't helping people become more successful.
It's helping them become more self-directed.
Because I believe the greatest risk isn't choosing the wrong direction.
It's spending your life faithfully following one that was never yours.
My mission is simple:
